At Wall Art Design, we pride ourselves in authentic, quality decals for your walls. We print and cut all wall decals at our shop here in lovely Bozeman, MT.

Production time and shipping
We ship orders within 3-5 business days. We send a shipping confirmation with tracking when shipped.
We print all orders custom, so if you need it sooner, let us know and we will do all we can to get it to you sooner.
All US orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise noted.
We also offer same-day, next-day, and express delivery options.
We do ship internationally. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International and can take up to 6 weeks for delivery.
Shipping rates are as follows:
United States
Orders under $50.00 ship for $6.99, $50.00 and up ship free
Canada
Orders under $50.00 ship for $14.99, $150.00 and up ship free
International
Orders under $150 ship for $34.99, $300.00 and up ship free
Return policy
We promise to do our best to make you a happy customer! If for some reason you are not satisfied with our products we offer a 14 day return policy from the day you received your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Custom orders and items purchased on sale cannot be returned.
Lost items
If you do not receive your order and the postal service claims it as a ‘lost item’ we will resend the order. We do not offer refunds for lost orders.
Damaged or wrongly sent goods
If we have made a mistake, or if the goods have been damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at jennifer@printvinylco.com so that we can arrange for either a refund or a replacement.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment .
Exchanges

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Wall Art Design, 2990 West Wind Way, Bozeman MT 59718, United States
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged decal when applying
If a decal is damaged when applying, we will replace the piece for no charge, The customer must pay for shipping for the replacement pieces.
Decals falling off the wall
Our decals are designed to stay in place on smooth walls. If your wall is textured, the decal may fall off the wall.
We do advise against applying decals to textured walls in our product descriptions and we are not responsible for this issue.
We will require a photo of the wall to determine what the issue is. If we find that the wall surface is the reason for the decal falling off, we are not able to replace the decals or refund the purchase price.
Removing the decals
The best method of removal for the decals is to heat the decal surface with a hair dryer to soften the adhesive. Once softened, slowly peel off the decal.
Walls are damaged from decals
Unfortunately, walls are sometimes damaged from removing the decals. This is a rare occurrence. We are not responsible for damage decals may have caused to walls. Please use care and be sure to use our instructions for removing the decals (see "Removing the decals," above).
